At Powerland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Powerland account, select the item from your order history, and click 'Request Return' to receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
